How soon will I receive my Porch Package order after completing my purchase?

We will do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery date. We will contact you after receiving your order to provide more specifics on a delivery date.

When I purchase a Porch Package, will I get exactly what I see in the photo on your site?

We will always do our best to deliver what you see in the photo and what is listed on the Porch Package product page. However, please note that the photo is a representation of the package, and individual items may vary somewhat depending on inventory and availability. But don't worry we will leave your Porch Pretty!

Is delivery of my Porch Package included in the purchase price?

Yes, delivery is included with your purchase if your delivery address falls within a 10-mile radius of Pretty My Porch headquarters in Danville.

What if I can't complete a purchase because my delivery address lies outside your 10-mile radius for included delivery?

We want everyone to Pretty their Porch but we are focused on the Danville/Alamo/San Ramon Area. If you are unable to complete a purchase because your delivery address falls outside the 10-mile radius, please contact us (prettymyporch1@gmail.com or website contact us form) to discuss potential delivery options and an appropriate fee. You are also welcome to pick up your order in Danville.

Can I purchase hay bales and/or corn stalks if I don't purchase a Porch Package (#1-#5)?

Some Packages include both some don't. They are available as existing components of some Porch Packages (see product descriptions) or as Add-Ons to a Porch Package Purchase. Send us an email if you have a special order and have questions.

In addition to delivering my Porch Package, do you also set up my pumpkins (and other elements) for display?

Yes, we are happy set up your Porch Package for display. But, if you are using the pumpkins elsewhere we can simply leave yours as only a drop off. Simply let us know.

How can I make my pumpkins last as long as possible on my porch or in my entryway?

Great question! To keep your pumpkins looking their best throughout the season:

  • Place them in a cool, shaded spot (direct sun speeds up rotting).
  • Keep them dry and away from sprinklers or rain.
  • Avoid setting them directly on soil—use your porch surface, a hay bale, or another dry base.

Do you offer removal and disposal of my Porch Package at the end of the season?

Yes. We will remove and dispose of all Porch Package components for an additional $35 fee. Simply add "Removal/Disposal" to your cart before submitting your order. We'll reach out to schedule a date.
